We are present on several places at the internet. The images and videos we share, we share with our logo and/or watermark and/or weblink at them. This we do to be recognizable, but also to prevent abuse and misleading by peopl/companys who are not representives of Precious Collectibles.

When is payment done?

At purchase, immediate payment is required. We only ship after we have received payment.

How fast is the shipment?

Shipment is usually done within 3 to 5 working days. How fast the package will arrive depends on the destination, the postal company and customs.

In general a package within Europe arrives within 21 working days. A package outside Europe arrives within 31 working days. No rights can be derived from this estimation.

What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipment is worldwide free for all order from 75 euro and above.

Is Express shipment possible?

With Express shipment packages usually arrive worldwide within 3 to 5 working days. Contact us for a more exact estimate for your location.

Are the pictures displayed of the product themselves or are it stock pictures?

Most of the time the pictures are from the products themselves. In the rare case this is not the case, we mention this in the products description by the condition section in the additional information tab.

Are the videos displayed of the product themselves or are it stock videos?

In case of the videos displaying the products, it is safest to assume that these are from a previous sold product. Videos are meant to get a indication of the product in 3D. If you want to know it from a specific product, contact us and we will check this for you.
