At Precious Collectibles we use your data only, and only, to deilver the highest service we can offer.

You can visit our website without leaving personal information. With every visit our website stores a so called server log file. This stores for example your IP-adres, date and time of visit, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider. These data are evealuted solely to ensure trouble-free operation of the site and to improve our services.

According to art. 6 paragraph. 1 sentence 1 lt f AVG the protection of our legitimate interest in the correct presentation of our offer, which are of overriding importante in the balancing of interests proces.

We collect personal information if you voluntarily provide it when you contact us. Mandatory fields are marked as suces, because in these cases we need the data to process your contact or open a account in accordance with Art. 6 paragraph. 1 sentence 1 lit. b AVG. You can read which data is collected on the basis of the various input forms. We use the information you provide to process your inquiries.

After complete processing of the rerquest, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial retention periods. We reserve the right to further use data. This to help increase the services provided in our company to our customers.

If you have ordered goods, which we will send you by post, we will provide the data requirded for the performance of the agreement in accordance with the state of technology. This to the carrier charged with the delivery if this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.
