Payment in installments
Are you interested in buying a collectible from our store but prefer to pay in installments? That’s possible. Contact us, and we’ll be happy to discuss a payment plan with you.
Time period of payment plans
In general, we accept installment payments for up to 6 months. For collectibles priced at €1,000 or more, we’re open to discussing a longer payment period.
Minimum order amount for a payment plan
The minimum order amount to qualify for a payment plan is €150. For orders up to €375, we require a down payment of €75. For orders above €375, a down payment of 20% of the collectible’s price is required. Each installment in the payment plan must be at least €75.
Once the first payment is received, we will reserve the collectible for you. After the final payment is completed, the collectible will be shipped to you.
Important Note
By choosing a payment plan, you waive the standard 14‑day return period. This is because installment agreements are customized and the item is reserved for you throughout the payment process.
Cancellation of the payment plan
If you are unable to fulfill your obligations, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund, minus the €75 down payment. This deduction covers the additional administrative work involved in managing a payment plan.
No extra costs for a payment plan
We do not charge any additional fees for payment plans, and no interest is applied to installments.
