I’ve worked with Pascal Marks at Precious Collectibles for over 2 years and I can say enough great things about his professionalism, dedication, kindness and generosity. I ordered a rare Winnie the Pooh lamp 2+ years ago during the holiday season. Unfortunately, the lamp got lost on its way to the USA. Pascal Spent countless hours trying to track it down, but no luck. He gave me an immediate refund. He then spent his own time and money trying to find me another one. Pascal traveled over 2 hrs (One way) to examine a potential replacement, but it didn’t meet his high standards (thus saving me money, time and heartbreak). It had a hairline crack that probably would’t have survived the shipment to the USA.

At this point, I thought it was hopeless to find this special lamp; however; Pascal never gave up looking. Luckily, another one was located in late 2023. Pascal was nice enough to give me a considerable discount (which was incredible). He also spent a large amount of time to insure that my lamp arrived safely including designing a specific container (at his cost) to endure its journey. I can honestly say it was the best packaged item I’ve received shipped internationally.

It arrived in January with no issues. As I said I can’t say enough about Pascal Marks, he’s one in a million… And I will continue to be grateful for his efforts and will continue to do business with him.

He’s like family now.
