Good, considering age and fragility. A previous owner has restored the mouth piece, you see some glue residue. The bassoon and the pipe between the mouth and bassoon should be dismountable. These are glued together. Considering the rarity of the piece and the quality of the few other pieces we have seen, this statue is in good condition.
