About the Walt Disney Classic Collection

The Walt Disney Classic Collection, more commonly known as WDCC, is highly sought after for its handmade and hand-painted porcelain figurines. These figurines, crafted with vivid colors, are inspired by scenes from classic Walt Disney movies.

Did you know... It took 24 different artists and over two decades to create the WDCC line.

Walt Disney Classic Collection

Do They Still Make WDCC Figurines

We regret to inform you that this is not the case. The Walt Disney Classic Collection production began in 1992 and concluded after 20 years, in 2012. During these two decades, Walt Disney produced 1.011 WDCC figurines, 57 whiteware figurines, and much more WDCC merchandise.

Even though WDCC is not made anymore, several of the artist that sculpted the WDCC are still working on Walt Disney project. Like Patrick Romandy-Simmons on the Grand Jester collection.

Where You Can Buy WDCC

The difficulty of finding WDCC items strongly depends on the piece you are looking for and your location. Fortunately, at Precious Collectibles, we offer vintage WDCC items from time to time.
