This vintage sculpture from Mrs. Potts and Chip was sculpted by Valerie Edwards under Walt Disney’s license. It was taken in production by Walt Disney for their Walt Disney Classic Collection (WDCC). Dates back to 1997-2031. Made from durable porcelain, it remains in excellent condition. Introducing “Good Night, Luv,” a charming set featuring Mrs. Potts and Chip from “Beauty and the Beast.” This delightful duo captures the warmth and love between mother and son, with Mrs. Potts looking lovingly at Chip as he settles in for the night. Do They Still Make WDCC Figurines

We regret to inform you that this is not the case. The Walt Disney Classic Collection production began in 1992 and concluded after 20 years, in 2012. During these two decades, Walt Disney produced 1.011 WDCC figurines, 57 whiteware figurines, and much more WDCC merchandise.

Even though WDCC is not made anymore, several of the artist that sculpted the WDCC are still working on Walt Disney project. Like Patrick Romandy-Simmons on the Grand Jester collection.
